Singapore
We offer courier delivery to your doorstep and pick up options at our retail stores.
Delivery:
Standard Courier: Free for orders $50 and above, $3 for orders below $50.
Pick up in-store:
Self-Collection at Bishan Junction 8 #02-02A: No charges
Self-Collection at PLQ Mall #02-35: No charges
International
Shipping charges for international orders are dependent on the shipping country and will be calculated at checkout. Orders may be subjected to duties and taxes that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which are to be borne by the recipient.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Once payment is made, we will process and despatch your orders.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is within the first few hours of being confirmed and you need to edit your shipping address, please contact us here.
If your order has been processed and packed up, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after order confirmation?
Amendments or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been confirmed.
We always want to make sure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. Thus we send them out as soon as we confirm the order.

Why is there no Size Options for your Apparels?
I’m puzzled, why is there no size options?

We are a homegrown local womenswear label, that believes in inclusivity and the ability to cater to every women. All of our pieces are designed specially to be stretchable and flexible, thus we forgo sizing labels and adopt a one size concept.
Our apparels are crafted from curated fabrics and silhouettes that allow a comfortable fit ranging from S – XXL ( UK 8 – UK 16) We have fitted our one size apparels on numerous ladies from S – XXL.
Their testimonies for our brand has repeatedly encouraged us to manufacture even more one size apparels for them.
Our apparels thus, have no size options. We want to give you the comfort of shopping without the headache of choosing your size for different styles, and focus on the design you like instead!
Feel free to shop around and pick out the designs you like and we promise you that you will be pleasantly surprised at our one size apparels.

Why are there different models in each of your online product catalogue?
As our apparels are one size and do not have size options, we needed to showcase them on different women of different sizing to show you that our apparels can fit S – XXL.
We have a regular model of size S/M as well as a curve model of size L/XL/XXL.
You can also see our Model's size and fit under each individual product.
The models in the videos that you see in each product, are in fact, our dear Tracyeinny customers who have signed up to continue to showcase that our one size apparels can fit a variety of sizing.

Returns and Exchange Policy
What is your return and exchange policy for Online purchases?
If the items you ordered are not working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered!
We allow exchange of item as long as it is brand new and unworn, unwashed, with price tag and packaging intact. Your returns must reach us within 14 days from the date of you receive order / date of delivery to retail store. We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfil the conditions above.
Your return will be processed as Online Credits equivalent to the purchase price. We do not allow refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
If you choose to send back the item to our HQ via delivery, delivery cost will be borne by you.
Do take note that all purchases can be only be exchanged one time.
Items that are bought with credits cannot be exchanged again.

How do I claim my points for vouchers?

I’ve redeemed my points to make an order. Will I get it back when I return item(s) in the order?
All points once redeemed are a one-time use only. We are unable to credit back the points upon the return of item(s) in your order.
Can I stack the discounts I have redeemed?
Unfortunately, the discounts cannot be stacked. Only one discount can be applied at each transaction. Each discount has to be fully utilised in one single transaction. Please note that any balance in value is non refundable or exchangeable for cash.
How do I fill in my birthday?

How do I get my Birthday points?
Your exclusive birthday points will be credited into your account on the date of your birthday!
Do take note that your birthdate has to be updated in the Tracyeinny Family at least 1 day before your birthdate for the points to be automatically credited.
Once updated, it cannot be amended.
How do I get my Birthday discount vouchers?
An email will be sent to you on the day of your birthday!
Silver Tier: 10% x 2 vouchers
Gold Tier: 15% x 2 vouchers
Diamond Tier: 20% x 2 vouchers

How do I refer a friend to be part of the TE Family?
Refer a friend and she will get $10 off her first purchase, and you will get 200 points once she has made her first purchase!

3. Scroll down and click on refer a friend and send your friend the message via the different medias

Your friend will then have to create an account using your link and start shopping!
Can I review your products and get points?
Yes! Once we have fulfilled your order, an email will be sent to you in 14 days time.
Do click on the email and follow up with a review and earn 5 points per product review, and extra 5 more points if you upload a photo!
When does my TE Family Tier expire?
There is no expiry for TE Family tiers.
When will my member points expire?
All points will have a 12-month validity.
However, If you make another purchase within that 12-month, the points will be extended from that later date.
For example,
You made a online purchase of $80 on 1 Jan 2024.
This 80 points will expire on 1 Jan 2025.
However if you make a new purchase of $30 on 9 November 2024, your total points of 80+30 = 110 points will expire on 9 November 2025 instead.
