Do you ship to Malaysia?
We provide standard international shipping to both West and East Malaysia.
East Malaysia:
The region under East Malaysia includes Sabah and Sarawak.
West Malaysia:
The region under West Malaysia include Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Kedah, Kelantan, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, and Terengganu.
How much is the delivery fees?

We are so happy that you found us! For a limited time period, your orders will be charged at a flat rate of RM10 at checkout, regardless of the number of items in an order!

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
All standard international parcels will be provided by ARAMEX, and be charged at a flat rate of RM10 at checkout.
East Malaysia:
For East Malaysia orders, all parcels will be delivered within estimated 6 to 8 working days.
West Malaysia:
For West Malaysia orders, all parcels will be delivered within estimated 5 to 7 working days.
However, do note that your orders will be delivered to you within 10 to 12 working days in the event of sales and festive periods.
Orders with Backorders:
*If your order has a Backorder item(s), we will only ship out your parcel once the item has arrived.

How do I track my package?
An email will be sent to you once your package has been sent out with the tracking number.

Are there any additional taxes incurred?
Kindly note that all international orders are subjected to duties, taxes, and other clearance stages.
Please read here for more information.
We will not be liable for any delay or lost-in-transit parcels once it has been delivered from our office.
Do take note that Aramex will be reaching out to you via whatsapp or email, in case taxes are incurred.
In case of parcels being returned back to us due to non payment of taxes, redelivery of parcel cost and any additional cost incurred, will be charged to customer before we can resend the parcel out again.
I have received a whatsapp message from Aramex, what should I do?
Yes, Aramex is our logistic provider and they will send a whatsapp message to our customers if taxes are incurred. Do liase with them for payment.

What terms and conditions do I need to know?
Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order.
In the event whereby there is a failed delivery, please contact the courier company to arrange for redelivery.
No refunds will be given in the event when the package was returned to us because of a wrong address made by the buyer, or when taxes are not paid. We do need you to pay the extra delivery fees incurred for a redelivery.
We will not be able to amend or combine your orders once it has been placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.

What are your exchange policy?
If the items you ordered are not working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered!
We allow exchange of item as long as it is brand new and unworn, unwashed, with price tag and packaging intact. Your returns must be delivered to our HQ within 14 days from the date of you receive order. Delivery fees will be borne by you.
We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above.
Your return will be processed as Online Credits equivalent to the purchase price. We do not allow refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
Do take note that all purchases can be only be exchanged one time.
Items that are bought with credits cannot be exchanged again.
