Our Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if it is ill-fitting, you are welcome to return your item in exchange for a 3-month store credit voucher.
We only accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact, within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
A return may only be processed when your parcel reaches us. It is advisable for the return to be sent via registered modes as we would not be liable for any lost parcel sent back through non-traceable mailing options.

Kindly send an email request to sales@tracyeinny.com.sg, or Whatsapp us and await for an acknowledgement email/Whatsapp reply before drop off/sending back to our office.
Return parcels are to reach us within 7 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 business days for international orders.
Items bought under a discounted price during a SALE PERIOD and all SALE items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX via our payment gateway, PayPal and Stripe.
Shipping & Delivery
Local Delivery
There are 2 shipping options available:
- Standard CourierStandard Shipping is a fixed fee of $3.Your order will be shipped out once payment is verified and will arrive between 2–4 working days.Spend a minimum of $50 in a single order to enjoy complimentary courier.
- Self Collection at our Retail Stores:You may choose to collect your order at our retail stores.Orders with instock items will be available in-store every Friday evening.
For example, if your order is placed on Monday night, you can collect it on the same week, Friday, after 7pm.Kindly wait for a notification email for collection before heading down.

International Shipping
Standard international shipping takes about 7–14 working days*, excluding customs check or other unforseen circumstances.
*If there is a backorder item in your order, we will only dispatch the order once the backorder arrives.
Arrival timing of backorder item are shown on its product page.
International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on the weight of the order.
All standard international parcels will be dispatched by Aramex before handing over to your local postage service for final mile delivery.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, kindly expect unforeseen delays in the delivery.
You may be subjected to additional duties and import taxes for international orders. Kindly check your local customs for details.
To better streamline our operations, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed.
Tracyeinny will not be liable for redelivery cost of failed deliveries due to incorrect address provided.
No refunds will be given in the event the package was returned to us due to incorrect address provided.
Backorder Items
Orders with backorder item(s) will only be shipped after the backorder stocks have arrived.
Only applicable for local orders:
Split shipping option is available for orders with both instocks and backorders for an additional $3 (i.e. sending out instocks first, and backorders when they arrive).
Complimentary Standard Courier will apply for each delivery of your instocks and backorders unless the total bill of your instocks and backorders each fall below $50.
